My focus in therapy is on changing here-and-now patterns between patient and therapist. This will make you see how we relate to each other and how this reflects your relational experience in your life and how you can change it. In the long term, you will better understand your past schemas and give meaning to unexpected reactions and symptoms. We will explore your bodily responses in search of possibly buried or protected emotions (anger, fear, joy, sadness). Sometimes your anxiety will help us to rediscover emotions, thoughts, desires, and longings that were securely locked under a tension of anxious, constricted body and mind causing symptoms ranging from minor distractions, and obsessive thoughts to bodily tensions, pains, and tiredness.
Throughout the course of psychotherapy, we will discover links between our past, present, and future in the form of future wishes, desires, or worries. This will help you to give meaning and understanding to your current life situation and the way you experience your life. On the other hand, looking into your specific current life situations and therapeutic relationship will provide you with the experiences necessary to see yourself from a perspective and decide what serves you well and what stands in the way to a fuller life.

I am a psychotherapist in the course of graduate training (Integrative Psychotherapy) at the Institute of Health Psychology in Warsaw. I work under supervision. I completed my Master’s degree in Psychology at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow in 2014. From 2018-2022 I studied Process oriented psychotherapy at the Institute of Processwork in Warsaw. In 2013-2014 I conducted research on the psychological aspects of the migration process at the Institute of Psychology, Jagiellonian University.
My work is guided by values such as authenticity, honesty, and directness. I support people in overcoming difficulties, finding a sense of authenticity, and solutions in seemingly hopeless situations. I work primarily with expats who are looking for support from someone who knows the specifics of the experience of living abroad.
For me, psychotherapy is not only a method of coping with difficulties, but above all, it is a method of experiencing one’s life more deeply. Psychotherapy can be a path to a deeper acceptance of oneself and others. I invite you to take this journey together.
Privately, I love dancing, walks in the woods, and long mornings. I am interested in cultural anthropology and shamanism. I am also an illustrator.
